Strike, the Uruguayan cybersecurity disruptor behind Continuous Penetration Testing (“Pentesting”), has raised $13.5m in Series A funding to scale in the US and Brazil and launch Strike360, its AI-powered pentesting engine that automates security testing from discovery to retesting and fixing.
The round was led by FinTech Collective, known for backing category-defining cybersecurity and fintech startups, with participation from Galicia Ventures, alongside strong super pro-rata backing from existing investors including Greyhound Capital, FJ Labs, Canary and Carao – a testament to Strike’s momentum and market demand.
“Companies are spending millions on security, yet hackers still breach them before they are aware of their vulnerabilities and can react. Strike is already flipping the script – and our AI-driven platform will accelerate vulnerability detection, retesting, and compliance reporting even more, at an unprecedented scale”, said Santiago Rosenblatt, CEO and founder of Strike.
Reinventing Offensive Security with Continuous Pentesting
Traditional penetration testing is slow, expensive, and reactive, often taking months to deliver reports that are outdated by the time they arrive. Strike combines elite ethical hackers with AI automation to detect, retest, and remediate security gaps faster than ever – before attackers can exploit them. This allows enterprises to:
● Launch Continuous Pentests in hours rather than waiting months.
● Continuously monitor vulnerabilities with automated retesting, centralized on a single platform.
● Generate real-time compliance reports in 10 seconds for standards such as SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
“Cybersecurity needs a fundamental shift – from static, one-off tests to continuous security validation. Strike is making that shift happen, and this investment propels us to the next level leveraging AI”, added Rosenblatt.
Scaling in the U.S. and Brazil
Trusted by 100+ enterprises across finance, tech, and healthcare, including Santander, Mercado Libre, Okta, and Delivery Hero, Strike has constantly grown 3x YoY. The company is now expanding operations in two of the world’s most critical cybersecurity markets:
United States: CEO Santiago Rosenblatt has relocated to the U.S. to spearhead growth, with a dedicated 14-person team targeting mid-to-large enterprises in finance, tech, and healthcare.
Brazil: Strike is establishing a regional headquarters in São Paulo, launching with a 7-person team and strategic enterprise partnerships.
Introducing Strike360: AI-Driven Offensive Security & Compliance
The next big leap is leveraging AI and machine learning to automate security testing. Key features include:
● AI-Powered Attack Simulations: detects hidden attack paths and vulnerabilities traditional tools overlook.
● Automated Retesting: reduces detection times from months to seconds, eliminating false positives with precision.
● Compliance Automation: streamlines security certifications, simplifying regulatory processes for enterprises.
“Our goal isn’t just to find vulnerabilities – we’re creating the future of security automation, making pentesting a seamless, AI-driven process”, said Facundo López, Strike’s VP of Product.
Built by Hackers, Backed by Top Investors
The firm was founded in 2022 by ethical hacker Santiago Rosenblatt, who began hacking at age 6 – exploiting security gaps in video games, NBA, and PayPal before transitioning to cybersecurity. Today, he’s applying that deep attacker mindset to help enterprises stay ahead of real-world threats.
“This oversubscribed round reflects the potential to redefine offensive security. We’re excited to back their vision as they scale globally”, said Carlos Alonso-Torras, Partner at FinTech Collective.
With this funding, Strike is positioned to surpass eight figures in ARR by 2025, automate 50% of the pentesting process, and cement itself as the market leader in AI-led continuous security testing, ensuring security teams can identify and fix vulnerabilities faster than ever before.
