Restimo, a Warsaw-based startup revolutionizing the restaurant industry through automation, has successfully raised €465K in a seed funding round. The investment was contributed by business angels, including Bartosz Majewski, co-founder of Casbeg, and Bartłomiej Kiszala, co-founder of Base CRM, along with a consortium of investors from the Sterling Angels association led by Krzysztof Polak. Notably, the round also includes investment from Restimo’s clients, such as David Cao, owner of the UKIM restaurant.

With this funding, Restimo’s total capital raised to date reaches €750K. The company plans to use the new funds to fuel its growth and expand its footprint into Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Arek Bielecki, co-founder of Restimo, highlighted the company’s achievements since the last investment round, including becoming a leader among integrators in Poland and being nominated for the prestigious Aulers Award in the Rookie of the Year category.

Simplifying Restaurant Operations

Founded by Arek Bielecki, Tomasz Marcińczyk, and Marcin Nowak, Restimo is developing an application for the gastronomy and quick-commerce industry that integrates multiple systems, addressing the challenge of “tablet hell.” The platform consolidates food delivery platforms, online ordering systems, courier services, and POS systems into a single interface, enabling businesses to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

Serving Renowned Chains and Facilitating Millions of Orders

Restimo’s solution is already serving renowned restaurant chains such as Costa Coffee, North Fish, and Thai Wok across over 30 cities in Poland. The application has facilitated over 3 million orders, totaling €50M, demonstrating its value proposition and market traction.

A Vision for the Future of Restaurant Management

Tomasz Marcińczyk, co-founder, shared the vision of developing technologies and tools to help clients increase sales, optimize operational processes, and focus on their core business. “Currently, many activities in restaurants (and beyond) are still done manually and on multiple different systems, so we are at the beginning of our journey,” Marcińczyk added.

With the latest seed funding, Restimo is poised to further innovate and scale its platform, transforming the digital landscape for restaurants and shops across Europe.
