Elevator Ventures Launches €70M Fund to boost Fintech and Banking Innovation
Elevator Ventures, the venture capital manager of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) based in Vienna, has announced the launch of EV II, a new €70M Venture Capital fund. This fund is dedicated to investing in innovative companies at the Series A & B stages, focusing on fintech and beyond banking sectors.
Genezio, a Bucharest-based startup offering a type-safe serverless platform for modern full-stack developers, has successfully raised $2M (approximately €1.8M) in a pre-seed funding round. This round marks the first investment from Gapminder Ventures' second fund, with additional participation from Underline Ventures and a consortium of angel investors.
Pigment, a Paris-based platform revolutionizing business planning, has announced a substantial €134M in Series D funding, led by ICONIQ Growth. This round also saw participation from Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners and existing investors such as IVP, Meritech, Greenoaks, and Felix Capital, propelling Pigment's mission to simplify strategic decision-making for businesses.
