London-based Lighthouse, a commercial intelligence platform for the travel and hospitality industry, has raised €351.8 million ($370 million USD) in Series C funding.

The round, led by global investment firm KKR through its Next Generation Technology III Fund, also included Spectrum Equity, F-Prime Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, and Highgate Technology Ventures.

This funding propels Lighthouse to unicorn status, valuing the company at over $1 billion USD.

Revolutionizing Hospitality with AI and Data Insights

Founded as OTA Insight, the AI Company provides a suite of AI-powered tools for over 70,000 hotels in 185 countries. Its platform processes over 400 terabytes of data daily to deliver real-time insights, pricing optimization, and operational strategies. Designed for revenue managers, commercial leaders, and accommodation providers, Lighthouse helps businesses streamline operations and maximize profitability.
