Revolutionizing Remote Notarisation

Founded in 2020 by Aida Lutaj and Arko Ganguli, Legitify offers a remote online notarisation solution in Europe and beyond. Unlike traditional notarisation, which requires in-person meetings, Legitify’s process is conducted virtually through an audio-video session, allowing users to sign up, schedule appointments, and interact with notaries via their devices.

Serving over 1,100 customers, Legitify is reshaping the standard for online document certification and notarisation, impacting sectors like finance, law, consulting, and real estate across Europe and beyond.

Expanding Product Offering and Operational Reach

Co-founder Aida Lutaj expressed enthusiasm about the funding round’s potential impact. “This funding round, spearheaded by Verb Ventures, represents a significant leap forward for the firm. It not only reinforces our commitment to making cross-border legal processes smoother and more accessible but also paves the way for us to expand our product offering, introduce AI-powered enhancements to our solution, and broaden our operational reach,” Lutaj stated.

The startup aims to solidify its position as a leader in tech-enabled notarisation and essential business services as it continues to expand into new markets.

With this seed funding, the young company is poised to further revolutionize the digital notarisation process, making legal procedures more accessible and efficient for users across Europe and beyond.
