Simplifying Freelance Work for Young Professionals

Founded in 2021 by Nicolas Fayon, Thibault Coulon, and Maxime Bouchet, Jump offers freelancers the benefits of salaried employment while managing the complexities of freelance work. The platform provides a range of services, including permanent contracts, social protection, loans, health insurance, and tools to streamline administrative and financial tasks. Recently, Jump launched Jump Open, a free solution for aspiring freelancers.

Expanding Across Europe

The startup currently supports nearly 2,000 freelancers and manages an annual business volume of €150 million. With this new funding, the company plans to double its workforce by 2025 and enhance brand awareness across France, the UK, and Europe. Co-founder Nicolas Fayon noted that the company is on a mission to combine the freedom of freelancing with the security of traditional employment, targeting the next generation of freelancers.
