Porto-based Infraspeak, a leader in intelligent maintenance management, has raised €18 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round led by Endeit Capital.
Other participants include Bright Pixel Capital, Caixa Capital, Indico Capital Partners, and Innovation Nest. This capital will help Infraspeak accelerate its growth across Europe, Latin America, and Africa.
Advancing Facilities Management with AI and IoT Integration
Founded in 2015 by Luis Martins and Felipe Ávila da Costa, the platform provides facility managers with automated scheduling, IoT integration, and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. The platform enables over 60,000 users to manage 240,000 buildings globally, ensuring compliance, improving asset longevity, and streamlining workflows.
Expanding into New Markets
With this funding, the startup plans to expand into new regions, including France, the DACH area, and the Nordics. The company is also set to hire over 100 new team members by 2025 to support enterprise sales and revenue growth.
