Paris-based Hyperline, a fintech startup developing a next-generation billing platform, has raised $10 million USD in funding led by Index Ventures.
This follows a previous €4 million seed round in 2023, also backed by Index Ventures.
Automating Billing for Modern Businesses
Hyperline’s platform is designed to simplify and automate billing processes, catering to businesses with recurring subscriptions, one-off purchases, and usage-based pricing models. By centralizing billing operations, Hyperline reduces manual tasks, such as:
- Managing invoices.
- Processing partial refunds.
- Resolving pricing errors.
“Billing becomes a tedious, day-to-day challenge as businesses scale past 200 or 300 customers,” said CEO Lucas Bédout. “We aim to eliminate manual interventions with automation and smarter tools.”

A Complete Billing Solution
The startup supports various pricing models and integrates seamlessly with tools like Stripe, GoCardless, and Airwallex. Acting as a payment orchestrator, the platform allows businesses to manage multiple payment processors through a single interface, enabling region-specific payment optimization.
Clients can connect Hyperline to their CRM systems for easy quote creation and to accounting software for seamless reconciliation. The platform also offers an API for syncing data directly from warehouses to support usage-based billing.
Growing Team and Client Base
The firm currently employs 14 people and plans to expand to 25 as it scales. The company serves businesses generating between €3 million and €10 million in annual revenue, including clients like Lokki, Malou, ScorePlay, and Formance.
Future Plans
Hyperline intends to target larger enterprises managing high invoice volumes by partnering with integration firms, further solidifying its role as a leader in automated billing solutions.
With fresh funding and a growing customer base, Hyperline is set to redefine billing processes for modern businesses, focusing on scalability and automation.
