Zürich-based FLOWIT AG, a digital coaching platform, has raised CHF 4 million (approximately €4.21 million) in an oversubscribed seed funding round. The round was co-led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital, with additional support from Daniel Gutenberg. The funds will be used to scale the company, expand internationally, and enhance its value proposition to customers.

Revolutionizing Employee Development

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Yasemin Tahrism, Bilâl Tahris, Hosam Shahin, and Stephan Müller, FLOWIT aims to revolutionize the people development sector with its AI-powered platform, specifically designed for non-desktop workers. The platform provides tools like pulse surveys, real-time feedback, and skill management to help managers better understand and support their employees. Since its launch in September 2021, FLOWIT has helped over 70 organizations increase employee engagement and reduce turnover costs by up to 50%.

Focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Data Privacy

FLOWIT’s platform is built on the principle of promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring that people are developed and promoted based on their skills rather than gender, skin color, or other factors. The company uses human-centered AI to deliver actionable insights while ensuring data privacy by evaluating only anonymized data stored in ISO-certified data centers under GDPR-compliant conditions.

With this funding, the swiss startup is poised to continue its mission of transforming employee engagement and business success on a global scale.
