FleetGO, a logistics software solutions provider based in the Netherlands, has acquired Dutch software company Data2Track. This acquisition, backed by Main Capital Partners, marks the third such strategic move since Main Capital’s initial investment in FleetGO.

Expanding Capabilities
Founded in 1995, Data2Track specializes in cloud-based systems for managing vehicle fleets, including vehicle tracking, time recording, and a driver app. The company serves around 420 clients in the Netherlands, including notable names like Verhoeven.eu, Schotpoort Logistics, and Koopman Logistics.
FleetGO, established in 2010, offers a range of software solutions for transport, warehouse, route management, telematics, and fleet management, with a strong presence in the DACH and Benelux regions. The acquisition of Data2Track will integrate its cloud platform into FleetGO’s suite, enhancing services in transport and order management, warehouse operations, asset tracking, route planning, telematics, tacho compliance, and fleet management.
