Luminance, a UK-based legal AI startup, has raised $75 million in Series C funding to scale its AI-powered contract automation platform. The round was led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Forestay Capital, RPS Ventures, Schroders Capital, and existing investors March Capital, National Grid Partners, and Slaughter and May.
