Malmö-based Bookboost, a hospitality CRM and guest engagement platform, has raised €3.6 million in a funding round led by Vendep Capital.

The investment will be used to expand AI-driven automation, enhance its CRM capabilities, and accelerate international growth.

Founded in 2016, Bookboost offers a unified guest communication platform that integrates:

  • AI-powered CRM for personalized guest experiences.
  • A Customer Data Platform (CDP) to centralize hotel guest data.
  • Multi-channel messaging via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and OTAs.

CEO Willem Rabsztyn emphasized the platform’s impact:
