Arbonics, a Tallinn-based climate tech startup, has announced a significant funding milestone, securing €5.5 million in a seed round. The investment, led by NordicNinja, Plural, and Tilia Impact Ventures, brings the total raised by the Estonian company to €7.3 million.
The latest investment will enable Arbonics to expand its product portfolio, grow its team, and cover 50% of European forests by next year. The funding will also facilitate further impact assessments on biodiversity, the launch of a scientific advisory board in collaboration with leading scientists, and the expansion of the team.

Founded in 2022 by Kristjan Lepik and Lisett Luik, the estonian startup is dedicated to fighting climate change by developing a unique data and science-based tool for calculating the suitability and impact of afforestation projects.
