Orq.ai, an Amsterdam-based Generative AI platform that facilitates enterprise-wide collaboration by integrating with large language models (LLMs), has successfully secured an additional €1.5M in growth funding. This investment follows an oversubscribed pre-seed round of €800K in September 2023, marking a significant milestone in the company’s development.
With this latest funding, Orq.ai is set to introduce two innovative products, Experiment and Optimize, expanding its suite of tools designed to streamline AI transformations within organizations. The funds will be used to grow the product and go-to-market teams, with a primary focus on expanding into the European market, starting with Germany and the Benelux countries.
Backed by Leading Investors
The funding extension was led by XO Ventures (Bart Malenstein and Marc van Meerwijk) and xdeck ventures, with continued support from existing investors Curiosity VC and Spacetime from Adriaan Mol (founder of Mollie and Bird CRM). Bart Malenstein, Managing Partner at XO Ventures, expressed enthusiasm for supporting Orq.ai’s mission to further develop and deploy their cutting-edge Generative AI platform.
Empowering Teams with User-Friendly AI Solutions
Orq.ai’s platform is designed to empower non-technical team members, such as domain experts and product managers, by providing a highly user-friendly platform that simplifies the integration of AI models into business operations. The company’s new products, Experiment and Optimize, join the existing Run solution, offering organizations the flexibility to independently utilize these tools within their operations.
Fostering Seamless Collaboration Across Domains
Orq.ai promotes inclusive AI transformations, offering tools and security measures for all team members. Experiment simplifies the testing of thousands of Generative AI use cases, prompts, and datasets across 75+ models, offering custom controls for quality, cost, and performance. Run, an intelligent rules engine, facilitates production deployment with localization, personalization, and data privacy control. Optimize provides real-time analytics on AI model interactions, enabling continuous improvements and fine-tuning by domain experts.
A Vision for Accessible AI
Sohrab Hosseini, co-founder of Orq.ai, emphasized the need for new tools and ways of working to keep pace with the rapid advancements in Generative AI. “Our goal is to demystify AI by making it accessible to everyone,” Hosseini stated. With its integrated Generative AI platform that meets the highest EU security and data protection standards, Orq.ai positions itself as a key partner for companies looking to stay competitive and enable larger AI transformations.
Founded in 2022 by Sohrab Hosseini and Anthony Diaz, Orq.ai aims to empower companies to integrate and operate their products through Generative AI, making AI innovation safe and responsible for all.
