Expanding Product Range and Enhancing Community Engagement

The funds will enable the company to broaden its range of rescued products and develop solutions to address waste issues at their source. Additionally, the investment will support the company’s efforts to grow its community and improve the subscriber experience in France and Spain, with a focus on reducing its carbon footprint through minimized packaging and delivery impact.

Empowering Consumers and Farmers

Founded in 2020 by Grégoire Carlier, Sven Ripoche, and Claire Laurent, Bene Bono offers a platform for French farmers and manufacturers to sell products that traditional channels have rejected due to aesthetic or logistical reasons. The company stands out as a unique platform in France and Spain, catering to eco-conscious consumers who are committed to sustainability without compromising on savings or product quality.

A Growing Impact and Sustainable Vision

With 23,000 regular consumers in key regions like Île-de-France, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, Toulouse, and Bordeaux, Bene Bono is expanding geographically and diversifying its product range. The company boasts over 400 committed references across food, hygiene, beauty, and maintenance sectors. Operating upstream in the value chain, Bene Bono aims to make a sustainable impact on waste-related issues in France and Europe.

With this new funding, the startup is poised to further its mission of reducing food waste and supporting a more sustainable and efficient food system.
