Datasite, a leading SaaS company based in Minnesota, has announced the acquisition of Sherpany, a provider of board reporting and meeting management software headquartered in Zurich. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2024, pending closing conditions.
Sherpany, founded in 2011, offers software solutions that enhance productivity by streamlining the preparation, execution, and archiving of board and general meetings. This acquisition will see Sherpany operate as a strategic business unit within Datasite, continuing as a standalone entity with support from Datasite’s ongoing investment.
